This introductory Reiki I course is a gentle yet profound doorway into the world of energy healing. Together, we will explore the foundations of Reiki and awaken your ability to channel this loving energy for yourself and others.

• The history and lineage of Reiki

• Understanding the Reiki degrees and precepts

• How Reiki works and the many ways you can integrate it into daily life

• The Reiki Kanji and the sacred sounds of Kotodama

• Setting intentions and caring for your own energy with mindfulness

• Introduction to the clairs (intuitive senses), the aura, and the chakras

• How to protect your energy and create sacred space

• Self-treatment techniques and offering Reiki to others

• Receiving your Reiki attunement – your initiation into this healing path

How the Course Works

• Format: Live via Zoom (English or Spanish)

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours

• Interactive: I’ll pause throughout to answer your questions and guide you with presence and clarity.

• Support: You’ll have access to me for ongoing guidance during your 21-day integration period.

• Certification: Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of completion.
